Friskier than Eric Morcambe and almost as handsome.

Noisy neighbors

Posted: Feb 13, 2008

So, apparently, a local who needed to get rid of some live mortar shells decided that the best place to do that would be the local scrap metal depot.

Genius bit of thinking there, Curly.

From where I’m sitting in my kitchen, which isn’t all that close to said depot, the explosions that happen whenever the Army detonate another one of these things is strong enough to rattle the windows.

I’d hate to be living next door to the thing. I’ve had to put up with noisy neighbors before but this is ridiculous.
