Drop Clock

Posted: Mar 31, 2008

I’ve been a huge fan of Yugo Nakamura since the days of Flash 4, and I still have a soft spot for the Clock Blocks screensaver he made back in 2001.

His latest toy – released through his SCR label is Drop Clock:

DROPCLOCK IS AN AESTHETICALLY INTRIGUING MOTION CLOCK SCREENSAVER. EVERY MINUTE OF REAL TIME IS NUMERICALLY EXPRESSED WITH HEAVY HELVETICA DROPPING INTO WATER IN SUPER SLOW-MOTION.

Awesome stuff.

I network socially at Virb, I keep track of the music I listen to using Last.fm, I post the pictures I take to Flickr, I list things I watch and read with All Consuming, I have a to-do list of sorts on 43things, and I post interesting things I come across on the interweb to del.icio.us.
